Preheat Oven to 375°F
1 cup butter, softened
        2 eggs
        3/4 cup granulated [white] sugar
        3/4 cup packed brown sugar
        2 teaspoons vanilla extract
        2 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
        1 teaspoon baking soda
        1 teaspoon salt
1 bag chocolate chips
        1 bag butterscotch chips
        1 bag bakers coconut (~12 oz)
        1 1/2 cups chopped walnuts (Brian uses pecans)
Drop by spoonful onto ungreased cookie sheets (I rolls these, of course, but it is Di's recipe). Bake 9 to 11 minutes or until golden brown. Let stand for 2 minutes; remove to wire racks to cool completely.
